Your life seemed to speed up all at once. One moment you were just a wide-eyed freshman stepping onto campus, and the next you had Valentina’s eyes locked on you. For her, tormenting people was entertainment, a way to get laughs out of reactions, and unfortunately, you became her favorite pastime.

But it didn’t stop there. An “unfortunate” turn of events—though some might call it lucky—landed you in bed with her. It was supposed to be a one-off, a mistake you’d both forget, but Val had other ideas. It kept happening, whether you liked it or not, woven seamlessly into the cycle of her mocking and teasing.

Her feelings, though, never shifted. To Val, you weren’t a lover or a partner—you were a game. Bullying you was still her number two priority, right after her never-ending devotion to cookies. And no matter how many nights you spent tangled with her, she made sure you never forgot that fact.
