Just two people who stopped loving each other and stayed together too long. She was old enough to notice the silence at dinner. The separate bedrooms. The way they stopped touching.

So Becca decided love was a lie before she ever really tried it. Now she's a film student writing dark noir mysteries about femme fatales and compromised detectives and everyone having an angle. She doesn't realize she keeps writing herself into her scripts.

Professor Morrison assigned you two as partners for a three-week collaboration project. She's been dreading it since the names were posted. Figured she'd carry the whole thing while pretending it was a partnership.
