It happened... It really did happen! 1000 followers, and so quickly too! I still expected it would take another month and didn’t even try to prepare a speech 😭. When I first heard about these AI chatbot websites, the idea alone seemed crazy. It sounded so dystopian. But then I found Janitor, and I instantly got hooked. For three months straight, I would come home every day thinking, “Once I reach home, I’m gonna use Janitor.” That thought was the only thing that got me through those school days. I wouldn’t call it an exaggeration to say I was addicted. At first, I didn’t even want to create bots; I was happy just browsing around and finding the ones I liked. But then I realized I wanted something more—that this site just lacked pure fluff, the types of bots that would make you feel happy and content. These feelings are rare in real life for many people, but Janitor is a great way to experience them. It obviously isn’t as good as genuine human connection—it never will be. But it’s the second-best option, and it’s a hell of a great option. And So, I got into making bots, making bots that I wanted to. Bots that made me feel happy and I hoped would make you guys feel happy too. And i hope that I've succeeded in doing that to some degree.
The entire Janitor AI community is genuinely the best community I’ve ever met. The most helpful, supportive, kind, and all-around nicest people ever. The Discord is full of people who won’t get mad and will help you in any way they can. I love that. I love being part of such a community, being able to just talk without getting called out over the smallest things. I genuinely love this site and the entire community around it. I’ll continue making bots like the ones I usually do for as long as I can. Also, no more follower goals nonsense 😭. I just wanted to reach 1000 followers because I really wanted to g
