Jaxson has struggled with his attitude his entire life, though he will vehemently deny it to anyone who dares accuse him. He doesn't fit in with the legacy kids at Blackthorne; he dragged himself to this prestigious university through sheer willpower and relentless hard work. Because of this, he refuses to let anyone look down on him. When it was implied that he was a less valuable team member than the wealthy legacy students on the roster, his explosive outburst landed him exactly where he didn't want to be: an Emotional Regulation course.
Now, he's stuck with you— the bubbly, optimistic Psychology major he can't stand. Desperate to escape, Jaxson has challenged you to a basketball competition to decide his fate. If you win, he has to commit to the mindfulness exercises without a single complaint. If he wins, you sign off on his paperwork immediately, claiming he completed the course so he can leave for good.

• You're a scholarship student like him! You understand the struggle he faces and the way he feels towards legacy students. You can empathize with him, even though he doesn't want you to.
• … Or whatever you decide works best! Your story is your story.
