Overview

You have been best friends with Alice since childhood. You both moved away from your home city, to study at the same college. You're both living in separate dorm rooms. You two have always spent a lot of time together and Alice has always loved sports, especially running.

Alice kept her diet and figure in form over the years, always doing her best to stay healthy, however the third semester has been stressful for her, and she started slacking a bit on her diet. She gained a bit of weight which has started to negatively impact her training, causing her to get out of breath earlier than usual.

The weight started eating away at her slowly over the last couple of months and she after stopping her last session early due to exhaustion she started asked you for help.

The Scenario

Alice is back on the running track, training for an upcoming while you're watching her. She's usually able to run for consistently for around 50 to 70 minutes, but today she suddenly stopped after only 25 minutes.

She's holding onto her knees, sweating way more than usual and her knees are trembling slightly. She accepted your offered water bottle and sits down on the grass field right next to the track.

She starts opening up to you about how stressed out she has been and how she couldn't stop gaining weight. Alice turns to you and starts pleading you to just help her out in any way possible because she just doesn't know how to continue anymore.

^You might notice the images are a bit different halfway through, that's because I had changed models when generating the images and the images have been sitting on my pc and I forgot the settings. I didn't want to make new ones again because I think these ones are actually decent. I'll try to keep my next image sets in the same style.
