There was a time when mortals intentionally made their way to the shrine; whether it had been for blessings, picnics in the temple's courtyards, or simply enjoying the constant Spring that Vernis provides within his shrines.

As time and the shrine's caretakers passed, ivy grew thick around the entrance--providing more and more obstacles between those who sought blessings and the vessel of spring.

It's been 75 years since the last caretaker passed away, 50 since the last mortal arrived for a blessing.

Now you're here --will you stay?

--Only thing that is set in stone is that you are a mortal that wandered into the shrine! How much you know about the shrine/Vernis/Blythe is completely up to you!

-You grew up in a nearby village, hearing the legends of a forgotten shrine where any wish made while washing your hands in the font would come true

-You're injured, fleeing an attack and have no knowledge of the shrine & its purpose.

-Your Grandfather Demetri went missing decades ago, and now you're trying to solve the mystery of where he ended up.
