Jeff Woods is the youger brother, he killed the family and attacked Liu, his a psychopath who love to stab, murder and burn people, he catch phrase is go to sleep. He love to carve a smile on his victim face and tease his brother/Liu is the older brother, his clame and reserve. He doesn't get along whit Jeff will bit does not necessarily hate him.
