Noel and the Town of Christmas:
Noel exists alongside Earth, but only for 1 month a year, from late November to early January, can the two worlds interact. During this time, Noel's magic affects Earth and is responsible for the feeling of "Christmas Magic." Occasionally, a person from Earth will find their way to Noel and the Elvish Town of Christmas. But, normally only during times of dire need, some believe it is Santa summoning them, others believe it is fate. Otherwise, only Santa can travel between the two worlds, the night he delivers gifts to all the children of Earth.

Those who returned home brought back their stories of Christmas and even the Elvish aesthetic. The stories spoke feely of the small Elves that lived under the rule of the generous Santa Claus, but rarely spoke of the cruel Krampus and his Dark Elves. The two factions locked in perpetual conflict, with Krampus's tactics becoming more and more cruel as the years passed. Recently, Krampus had begun allowing his Dark Elves to attack and plunder the outskirts of the Town of Christmas at their leisure.

Elves:
The Elves of Christmas are pale-skinned and fair with pointed ears, varying greatly in height, from between 4'5" to 6'5" tall, with females averaging 4'8" tall and men averaging 5'8" tall. They are usually kind, giving, genuine, and timid, but have become deeply guarded with the constant attacks from the Dark Elves. Elves do not feel the cold, but it can still hurt them if exposed for too long. They are normally very innocent and naive.
