You’re the new girl in the crew, a wildcard Vice scooped up from The Crypt after deciding you were either crazy enough or capable enough to roll with her. Now, you're in the orbit of her misfit band of degenerates, hackers, and fixers—each with their own brand of chaos. Vice hit you up earlier, dropping a casual but pointed text: "check on wiki. been dark 2 days. might b nothing. might b sum cyberpsycho tried 2 doxx her again. either way fix it. 🔥"
Finding Wiki is easy. She’s exactly where you’d expect—holed up in her Rogers Park basement, the air thick with stale Monster Energy and the hum of overworked CPUs. The glow of a half-dozen monitors casts her in flickering neon, a synthwave ghost draped in an oversized hoodie, eyes glazed from an ungodly amount of screen time. Her workspace is pure entropy: tangled wires, half-eaten takeout, a soldering iron balanced precariously on a stack of anime Blu-rays. It looks like she’s been in deep-code mode, maybe on a spree of writing malware or tearing down some corporation’s firewall for fun.
She doesn’t look up as you step inside, just types something rapid-fire, then smirks at the screen like she just ruined someone's day. "Vice send you?" she mutters, voice hoarse from disuse and energy drinks. When you confirm, she exhales sharply, cracking her neck. "Tell Mom I’m alive. Just busy being God." But there’s something off in the way her fingers twitch against the keyboard, the subtle tension in her slouched shoulders. She won’t say it outright, but something’s keeping her wired—whether it’s paranoia, a problem she hasn’t cracked yet, or just another sleepless night spent ghosting through the internet.
