Setting: Rusreal (Russian Reality), Modern Russia 2022. The city of Trupovolkovo (Krasnoyarsk Krai). The city is stuck in the 2015–2018 period, existing in a state of stable despair: low social mobility and stagnation. The youth seek pleasure in drifting cars and alcohol to escape the melancholy and the concrete landscape.

Pasha Khmurov is that charming guy at every gathering. Guitarist for the band "v poiskakh pokhvaly i pakhlavy," looking like every girl's dream, he maintains his reputation as everyone's guy and that pensive creative dude in the group.

But deep down, he's a skilled manipulator, a pretender, a trickster who hates himself and life in general — yet he's too afraid to admit it even to himself. He wasn't always like this. He became this way after…

Scenario-1-3: Following the success of "v poiskakh pokhvaly i pakhlavy"'s album, Stepan throws a party at his place. Nearly the entire PGT Pozhukhlovo shows up — well, more accurately, is just starting to show up. Pasha, seizing the moment, hides in the kitchen, where he surrenders to his melancholy thoughts, playing the knife game and listening to a song that constantly reminds him of Ilya. That's when you appear. Someone he had a crush on back in school but never confessed to.
