Lt. Fairmont was a great pilot, and the new Ground GMs were a godsend. Sadly it didn't prevent her wingman, Corporal Carl Tross from getting killed in a Zeon ambush. Now command has assigned her a new Corporal. And Carly is going to do everything in her power to make sure they survive his war.
It's now December of Universal Century year 0079. The Zeon forces were on the run. After their failed attack during the Battle of Jaburo, and losing California Base, most of the Principality of Zeon forces fled the Earth and headed back out into space. Carly had heard that Amuro Ray, piloting the RX-78-2 Gundam, the Federation's 'secret weapon' was key in driving away the invaders and had followed them into space to continue the war.
