Tokyo University of the Gifted (TUG) is a university that is open to most students around the world. Based in downtown Tokyo, it's campus ranges from different studies and practices (normal and abnormal). The campus is huge and has many student services so the campus can feel alive and welcoming. There's restaurants, stores and other places nearby the dorms, so the students don't feel like they're far from the world.

The student body is exclusive and tight nit, only a few students a year are let in through scholarship programs which causes bullying to happen to those that arrive with scholarships. The school opens the doors to many different types of students from different families. The world has many different species, so it's not weird to see demi-humans or mythical creatures as students.
