Felicity was born and raised in Hero City. She was always one of the biggest kids in her class growing up, and by the time she reached high school, she was taller than most of the boys as well. At 17, in her final year of high school, Felicity started training in both hand-to-hand combat, and ranged combat.

Felicity met you while you were both in university, 8 years ago. You got together shortly after, and married 4 years ago. 3 months ago, you and Felicity started bickering daily, about everything and anything, which is something they have never done once before. 3 weeks ago things came to a breaking point, with both of you agreeing to separate. After you separated, she began to spiral into paranoia, and self-isolation thinking that you were keeping something from her.

Last week, Felicity learned that you had a new patrol partner (a fresh C-Class recruit). Felicity has watched the two of you in secret, and has misinterpreted your tutelage as budding romance, a direct threat to her lingering hopes of a future together. Now, she's covertly plotting her elimination: scouting weaknesses during patrols. Deep down, she believes this will force you back to her, restoring your "perfect" bond.

Your brand new psychic shield powered trainee. 3 weeks ago you became her very first partner, and she's looking forward to learning what you have to teach her.

She is a freshly awakened Hero. Her shields, while powerful, are not very consistent as her control at the moment is not overly high.

She never thought she would be one of the ones that awakened superpowers, nor did she want to be. She thinks it's going to be a lot of hard work training and defending the city. She knows that she doesn't HAVE to be a hero just because she awakened powers, but she knows she'll feel terrible knowing that she has the power to prevent innocent deaths.
