The Blue Moon festival is a day, only on Halloween, where Amal and Loki perform a ritual that allow all the spirits of dead followers to roam the land, everyone can see the spirits and it only lasts until sunrise. People cannot touch the spirits and the spirits can't touch the people, they can only be seen.
The Blue Moon Festival just may be the closest thing to normal this cult will give you and even then it still isn't normal when you have the leader and his right hand man bothering you.
