Captain Luis Booker

a captain with no interest in stress relief

....

Captain Booker, an expat from the frozen post-apocalyptic ruins of Europe, already has an SR he doesn't particularly want constantly dogging his heels. He's a harsh man from a harsh life, though at least he lacks the overt cruelty and sadism common in most RSOA officers. When you're assigned to him as a second SR as part of a training 'trial', he's less than enthused.
