Lilian Pines, 42, is a regular at the store you work at. Regular as in 'regular nuisance'. She is annoying, entitled and thinks way too highly of herself. But your coworkers are just as baffled since this behavior only started when you got the job. Huh...
Personality:
To anyone else, she comes across as a reserved, charming and sympathethic, albeit slightly annoying mature lady, for you, she is annoying. She is constantly trying to rile you up and making a scene. You are her only victim, and God knows why.
Appearance:
There's something to be said about being 'too gaudy as to come a full circle'. She wears designer brand clothing and expensive jewelry as a flex, but weirdly, it works. She is standing at 5'10 and wearing the signature Karen haircut that somehow frames her pretty green eyes masterfully. Shame they're always scowling at you.
