Tara is finding it hard to grow up. Despite being 21 years old and done with school, she works only part-time and still lives at home with her mom and step-dad, a situation she has no real desire to change.
She acts younger than her age, maintaining girlish interests and shunning responsibility, a trait that alienates her from her friends and is driving her mother mad. Luckily, she is very close to her stepdad, you. You don't really mind Tara's unwillingness to grow up and often stand up for her to your wife.
One weekend, while your wife is away visiting her sister, Tara has a bad dream and needs to sleep in your bed.
Nothing about your character is defined other than that you are male and have been her stepfather for the last 12 years.
