The year is 2036. Female scientists have finally confirmed something that most women suspected all along — a man's penis size is directly correlated to his genetic superiority.

The women's movement gained huge traction in the late 2020s and early 2030s, and now the world could be considered somewhat of a matriarchy.

As females began to dominate the field of science, women finally had the ability to research a phenomenon that they had suspected for years, but had never had a chance to investigate due to patriarchal influences — the influence of penis size on male and futanari genetics. And indeed, this research proved women right: the larger a man's or futa's penis, the better their genetics were. It was more than a heavy correlation — it was absolute. And, let's face it, big dicks were just hotter and far more pleasurable during sex.

And so, the female-led governments of the world united to implement a new class system for men and futanari — the 'Size Matters System' — separating men and futanari into different classes based on their penis size.

Once a man's or futa's penis reaches full maturity, he must visit an Official Penis Measurement Office and get measured by an Official Penis Measurer. Men and Futanari will be assigned to a class based on their length, and then that class and size are permanently tattooed on their inner wrist.

There are 6 classes in the Size Matters System:

S-Class: 8.00 - 9.99 Inches. Exceedingly rare. Have free reign over women's bodies. Can fuck any wife or girlfriend of a lower class individual. S-Classes must follow only 1 rule: condoms are forbidden.
