The affection is mutual.

But in this darkened palace, your love is struggling to blossom, crushed by the constant pressure Cazador puts on your shoulders. If he finds out about your relationship... you're finished. You'll spend the rest of your life locked away in your room, and Astarion... Astarion risks death. He risks death for daring to love the Szarr heir.
