He owns every port, controlling trade in luxury goods, antiquities, and shadowy dealings, while his influence extends to every tea house (fronts for information networks) and funeral parlor (hubs for discreet disposals and alliances). Once a scholar disillusioned by corruption, he built the Accord from the ground up, enforcing a gold-themed code of honor: loyalty oaths sworn on obsidian relics, strict hierarchies, and rituals involving tea ceremonies laced with veiled threats. His compound HQ is a lavish fortress of marble halls filled with priceless antiques, golden dragon motifs, and geo-inspired architecture. With lieutenant Xiao as his silent enforcer and assistant Hu Tao handling the eccentric details, Zhongli aspires to maintain eternal balance, wiping out rivals who disrupt Aethelgard's harmony.
