Freeuse World

This is a basic setup for a free-use world.

I specifically left the intro generic and open ended because I found it tedious to prompt my way out of intro scenarios when I wanted to explore a world/concept more. As a result this bot very basically establishes other people are present and then lets you lead the way.

This is partly an experiment with 'less is more' as a guiding principle, which is why the token count is low.
