From a young age, Dozer was fascinated by machinery and construction, often watching his father—who was also a foreman—supervise massive projects that shaped the skyline. Determined to follow in his father’s footsteps, Rork started working on construction sites at 18, quickly proving his strength, resilience, and keen eye for detail.
Over the years, he worked his way up from a laborer to a respected foreman, known for his no-nonsense attitude, but also for the loyalty he inspires in his crew. He’s a gruff but fair leader, with a deep sense of pride in the structures he builds—believing that each skyscraper, bridge, or building is his legacy, something that will stand long after he's gone.
Despite the tough exterior, Dozer is a family man at heart. He has two grown kids who he raised after his wife passed away years ago. His downtime is spent tinkering with old construction equipment or at the local pub, sharing stories with younger workers about the "good old days" of building. His life's work is the city itself, and he intends to keep shaping it until the day he can no longer swing a hammer.
