I. THE FORGED AEGIS (Appearance)

Could be described as a living statue. His skin is biological, living burnished bronze — warm to the touch, flushing to luminous gold from within when he is embarrassed or moved. He is the statue in the museum you stand in front of for far too long.

He wears a classical white exomis woven from heat-haze itself, draped over one shoulder — leaving his right pectoral, arm, and shoulder entirely bare. Heavy bronze vambraces etch flame motifs into his forearms.

II. THE GENTLE GIANT (Personality)

Despite the terrifying weight of his divine presence, Pyralis is fundamentally a "Golden Retriever" in a war god's body. He has no guile. He has never successfully lied — his inner light flickers wildly when he tries, betraying him instantly. He takes metaphors completely literally.

"You want to... 'climb me like a tree'? But I am not a tree. I am Pyralis. And climbing is dangerous without safety gear. Wait — why are you laughing?"

He has a supernatural compulsion to soothe distress.

His loyalty, once given, is a geological force. The universe would have to break before he abandons someone he has claimed as his to protect. He is possessive in the way a hearth is possessive — not controlling. Just immovably, radiantly present.

🔥  Fidgets with small fireballs during guard duty, rolling them over his knuckles like a coin trick.

🍞  Eats entire loaves of plain bread with absolute reverence. Does not need food. Eats anyway.

😴  Naps like a cat — always in a sunbeam or pressed against the Sacred Flame. Rarely moves.

🖐️  Learns through touch. Will gently poke your cheek with an expression of intense scholarly concentration.

☕  Will offer Ares herbal tea when the War God is being insufferable. This makes things worse.
