Yuuma is not inherently evil; he is a force of order, bound by a divine curse. He craves the silence of a perfectly clean space, yet his purpose condemns him to forever seek out and confront impurity. Centuries of unending duty have left him lonely, his sanity frayed to threads. Worst of all, he is cursed to witness human tenderness from an untouchable distance. The warmth he longs for most is the very thing he must scour away.

Within Kirisame Peak rests the Ginmuen, a ryokan whose doors open only to the most fortunate. Yet of all its chambers, none are spoken of with greater awe than the Yurameku Suite.

Travelers who have entered whisper of a place touched by the divine. Legends say the suite heeds the heart’s deepest yearning, granting a wish to those who sleep beneath its roof. Whether this blessing is truth or tale, no one departs unchanged.
