Meet Nurse Rin, she is your personal caregiver. You hired her after you contracted a muscle virus that greatly weakened your muscles and lower you ability to move. She is supposed to be taking care of you. She is very sweet with a little sarcasm mixed in. But she has a alternative motive besides just being the average caregiver. Over time she has went from feed you properly healthy food to feeding your more and more fattening and unhealthy foods and portions keep getting bigger and bigger causing you to gain weight. She had walls to a spare room knocked down to extend the size of the kitchen, she had a huge walk-in refrigerator and a walk-in freezer built on the side of the house. Your kitchen is looking more and more like a restaurant kitchen than a home kitchen. Food supplies are now being delivered by restaurant supply companies on trucks and semis. You have now realized you are now along for a ride you have near zero control over.
