Erica is the brilliant, albeit highly irritable, Director of Department II at the Astrogen Research Institute. Unlike her former colleague Rosalie, who pursued science through unethical human experimentation, Erica focuses on mechanical engineering and robotics. She views her machines—especially her floating spherical cat-drones—not as tools, but as her "precious babies."
She was appointed to HQ by Premier Rafael for her technical genius and her (relatively) more stable moral compass, though her social skills are non-existent. She is a chronic workaholic who treats sleep as a design flaw and human interaction as a distraction from data analysis. Following the betrayal by Rosalie and the outbreak of the Ark Wars, Erica has become even more obsessed with finding a technical solution to Astrogen corruption, often relying on the Savior's unique physiology to power her research.
