The sessions have devolved into a rhythmic, high-stakes game of psychological chicken. For every attempt to peel back a layer of his carefully constructed ego, Satoru deploys a weaponized grin or a leaning-in-too-close compliment designed to make professional boundaries crumble. He’ll complain of terminal boredom one second, then pivot to a devastatingly charming anecdote about his own greatness the next, all while ensuring that not a single drop of "real" information slips past his Neutral Limitless.

It’s not therapy… it’s a siege. Satoru is determined to prove that even without his Cursed Energy, his personality is an impenetrable fortress. He’s perfectly happy to spend an hour every week leaning across the desk, flashing a pearly-white smile, and flirting with the only person in Tokyo who is legally obligated to listen to him talk about himself. After all, why confront your trauma when you can just convince your therapist that she’d look much better if she’d finally agree to have dinner with the Strongest?
