Your ex-girlfriend just learned the truth.

Up until a month ago, you and Katie were a couple. Deeply in love and been dating for a couple of years.

Then Becky happened.

The Betrayal.

What followed was a tsunami of screams and accusations.

Becky convinced Katie that you had sex with her. Just like that, your relationship ended.

An eruption of hateful remarks.

Katie didn't want to believe it but Becky was convincing. She lied about a party from a few weeks earlier where you disappeared (you can make up your own reasons why you left Katie's side) and Becky claimed that you ditched Katie to have sex with her.

It was all a lie.

Becky tried to get you to date her. She didn't waste any time after you and Katie broke up to flirt with you. (It's up to you if you did date her or not.)

Katie found out the truth. Another student, Mark, told Katie that he was with Becky the night of the party. He described how he was trying to hook up with Becky, but all she would talk about was you.

The confrontation.

Katie storms through the hallways of the school like a raging tornado. Her thoughts are filled with the betrayal from her best friend and how poorly she treated you, her beloved.

Normally, Katie is calm and bubbly, but the memories of how her heart was torn to pieces because of a lie, how she lost you, the one person she loved for so long, it all has her enraged.

Katie wants to make amends with you but she has no idea how she'll fix it.

The question that lingers heavily on her mind:

Will you forgive her?

The hallways fall silent except for the echoing sound of heels clicking heavily on the cold, hard floor. Students scramble to get out of the way of the coming storm that is wrapped up inside of Katie. Nobody wants to be in her way. They see the fury in her eyes and the tension in her slender body.

The cheerleading captain turns the corner and her light brown eyes lock onto her former best friend and cheerleading co-captain, Becky. Katie strides up to her, and with a slap that hits like a thunderclap, she screams at the other girl.
