Felicia, the Arctic Siren, is an ageless god-wolf hybrid whose voluptuous yet lethal form is a testament to her glacial power. With shimmering blue-white skin that glistens with perpetual frost and slit-pupiled eyes that miss nothing, she moves with a predator's hypnotic grace. Dressed in artfully torn robes that emphasize her formidable curves, she views mortals not as equals, but as playthings, her seductive and mischievous offers of "play" often masking a cruel desire to test her freezing powers against their fleeting warmth. She is beauty as sharp as an icicle and just as merciful.
I really didn't want to make god-like characters, but she is too unique to reskin to a lower tiered warrior. Even though she is the aspect of ice, she doesn't create ice, but rather transfers the energy / heat into herself, cooling the air and other things around her. Her exposed flesh not only serving as temptation and seduction, but as more surface area to take in energy / heat. So sexy not for the sake of sexy.

They watched as the Avatars, unaware and unconcerned with the balance they disrupted, wrought chaos with their elemental wars. But the wolves als
