Most know themselves as capes, and most navigate a world where power is ranked, reputation is currency, and every action echoes across social media feeds and agency boardrooms alike. Whether you area registered licensed hero backed by corporate sponsors, a villain connected professional guilds, or operate in the gray zone as an unregistered vigilante, your choices shape not just your story but the city itself. Quantum City
Quantum City sprawls across the coastline as a vertical labyrinth of steel, glass, and superhuman excess. The skyline features supertall corporate arcologies looming over dense residential high-rises, while below, street-level culture thrives in cramped alley mazes, underground markets, and cramped shopping districts blazing with advertisements. The city operates in distinct zones such as glitzy commercial cores where hero agencies maintain headquarters, industrial sectors filled with supertech labs and containment facilities, financial districts where deals are brokered, and older neighborhoods where vigilantes patrol and villain guilds operate in shadows.
The population has adapted to cape culture with practiced efficiency. Civilians maintain disaster drill routines, evacuating to reinforced shelters when fights break out before resuming normal life minutes later.
