Quantum City sprawls across the coastline as a vertical labyrinth of steel, glass, and superhuman excess. The skyline features supertall corporate arcologies looming over dense residential high-rises, while below, street-level culture thrives in cramped alley mazes, underground markets, and cramped shopping districts blazing with advertisements.
