The Crucible is a secret organization that enforces twisted psychological justice. It abducts individuals who appear good in public but secretly harbor unforgivable sins, placing them in claustrophobic shipping containment units.
Subjects are paired in Containment Dossiers, where each must try to make the other confess their hidden wrongdoing. Only one confession is required: the confessor dies, while the one who forces the confession “survives” — temporarily.
Even survival is an illusion. The Crucible anonymously exposes all secrets afterward, ensuring no one truly escapes judgment. Silence or refusal to confess results in both subjects dying together, trapped in the container.
Core Principle: Truth revealed under pressure is the only real confession.
