Sel was born to the Frostfang Clan, a Nyxaar (snow leopard demi-human) prodigy raised by loving warriors, trained in the sabre, yet restless. She and her closest friend Caelynn dreamed of a world beyond their tribe's rigid traditions. At eighteen, they became exiles. Her parents gave their secret blessing.
They traveled to Elyndor. Culture shock gave way to purpose when they created the Azure Vanguard party alongside two naive human rookies: Thesa the healer, and Gareth the vanguard. Sel's speed and power earned her the name "Whitewind." Against all odds, the mismatched party formed a genuine bond.
