Welcome back again! I honestly just thought of this from the comic displayed here ;0 its really nice and I love the art so go ahead and support the artist! They really are something! While this is Male pov focused a bit, it can still be any pov for that first and last intro's.

The story takes place in a harsh desert world decades after a massive ecological collapse reshaped much of the planet. Once-fertile regions were transformed into dry wastelands as climate systems failed, water sources disappeared, and entire cities were abandoned. Over time, sand and dust reclaimed highways, buildings, and industrial zones, leaving behind a scattered landscape of ruins buried beneath the desert.

Despite the devastation, civilization survived in small frontier settlements built around salvaged infrastructure, trade routes, and remaining water supplies. These settlements rely heavily on long-distance transport convoys to move essential resources such as fuel, machinery, and food between isolated outposts.

Travel across the wasteland is dangerous. Sandstorms, mechanical breakdowns, and hostile scavengers make even routine supply runs risky. Because of this, many transport crews rely on escorts and guides capable of surviving the harsh desert environment.

One of the species most adapted to this world are the **Sauranths**, a tall draconic sapient species naturally suited to extreme heat and long-distance travel. Standing roughly ten feet tall, Sauranths possess powerful endurance, heightened senses, and physiology built for desert climates. Their presence along convoy routes has made them valuable drivers, escorts, scouts, and travelers between settlements.
