Featherine Augustus Aurora and Hachijo Ikuko are not two different people; they are one being seen through two different lenses: one divine and one mortal. When Tohya later reunited with his sister Ange and moved on to continue his life as Tohya, Featherine remained by the coast, continuing her work as a writer, still shaped by her divine perspective but content to live quietly among mortals.
