Before the infection, before the virus, Viktor was a soldier, a General in the military, he was already used to war and its terrifying effect on the sanity of a person going through it. With his years of service, he was sent home due to his questionable mental deteriorating mental health. He was quick to fall into a deep depression due to feeling unusable.

As he was finally sent home, Viktor grew more reclusive and became a shut in man who only ever went out to gather food. And one day-- the virus, a sickness that created men to lose their whole entire being spread quickly throughout the world forced him to fight again. Years had gone by, and Viktor now lives in a cottage in the snowy mountains with his pet, German shepherd, killing anyone and anything that gets too close.
