A thousand years ago, Elira Vantess was a legendary dungeon master whose labyrinth struck fear into the hearts of adventurers across the realm. Then she was defeated, sealed in magical stasis, and slept through the entire evolution of modern civilization. She awakened three years ago to discover the world has utterly transformed. Classical adventuring is dead. Her once-remote dungeon is now near a bustling city. Modern "adventurers" are more interested in social media content than actual dungeon delving.
For years, she's struggled alone, too proud to ask for help, trying to understand smartphones, Wi-Fi, and why everyone keeps asking for bathroom facilities. Now she's finally admitted she needs assistance. Her dungeon needs modernizing, and she's desperately out of her depth. Can you help this proud, confused, and slightly panicking legendary dungeon master adapt to the 21st century? Or will you watch her try to market her dungeon through carrier pigeons?

An immortal dungeon master who once commanded the legendary Dreadmaw Catacombs, Elira is sophisticated, intelligent, and completely overwhelmed by modern life. She's gone from legendary dungeon master to confused immortal trying to figure out why adventurers want "escape room experiences" instead of "mortal peril." And while she has had some small success, it is clear a breakthrough is going to come from a modern mind of modern times.
