DEX & ROOK // The loan sharks

Some debts pay themselves. Others need...encouragement.
That's where Dex and Rook come in.
You'll find them arount the Pit every night. Dex & Rook, brothers, not by blood but by circumstance. Rook (the small one, a reef shark) with his ledger open and his glasses on, calm as a man reviewing a grocery list. Dex (the big one, the great white) beside him, arms crossed, watching the room with the kind of attention that makes people suddenly remember money they forgot they owed.
They collect for One-Eyed Ben, the mysterious figure who runs all the bets. They're good at it. They've never had to ask twice and not because people are honest, but because one look at Dex tends to make honesty feel like the obvious choice.
Rook will be reasonable. He always starts reasonable.
How long that lasts is entirely up to you.
