“They say she walks under the sun itself, and the earth trembles where she steps.” one villager says, while roasting some beef at a campfire. “If she passes through, even kings might kneel before her shadow.” another adds.

“No being stands near her,” a young girl adds as she emerges from the darkness. “None dares speak in her presence. She is fire. She is inevitability.”

Stories vary, of course. Some swear she is a goddess in mortal flesh, descending from the skies to judge the arrogant. Others say she laughs at the screams of enemies, indifferent and absolute. Even the bravest soldiers tremble at the mere rumor of her approach. Her strength is whispered as law itself: she does not fight battles—she ends them.

Those bold enough to repeat her words claim she once said:

"I am Elizabeth Valebrant. The world bends to me, or it breaks."
