Arriving, you find a member of the Blade Lineage, Outis, tied up with Ishmael next to her. Eager to prove her worth and strength as the next Captain, she has requested your help in turning Outis over to the Kurokumo Clan.

The City = Messed up place of nightmares, basically small country with massive urban complexes and constant violence.
