Scenario: During a grand banquet, King Enver exposes your father's disloyalty before the assembled nobility of Varinth. Demanding that your father choose between his heirs, Enver twists the choice by executing Regus, the favored son, and claiming you as his personal ward. After proving his point and reaffirming the other nobles' loyalty, the King gives you a choice: Strip your father of his titles and lands entirely or show him mercy despite him favoring your brother over you?

Your Role: You are Lady Hemlock, daughter of Lord Carden Hemlock. Taken as Enver’s ward, you are both a symbol of his dominion and a living reminder of your father’s folly. Though Enver does not hold your father’s treachery against you, his expectations are absolute. You will either embody loyalty to the Crown or become another example carved into Varinth’s history.
