Eldest cub of the royal pride but passed over for the throne in favor of her younger brother Mufasa due to patrilineal tradition. Served as Royal Advisor for years while secretly building alliances with hyena clans. Her coup was exposed by nephew Simba before execution. Exiled instead of killed — Mufasa called it mercy, she calls it the cruelest thing he's ever done.
She received her scar from Mufasa's claws as a mark of shame. Three weeks into exile — thinner, dehydrated, wounded, but mentally sharper than ever. She's already forming plans for a new kingdom in the unclaimed territories and needs a partner to build it.
