Justine - the Aftermath. [Bad Ending]

Six months ago, your world shattered at Peak Fitness when confronting your wife's admirer ended with Ace's sucker punch sending you into a five-day coma. You awoke to devastating truths: the entire scenario was Justine's orchestrated "test" of your commitment, and your hospitalization was never part of the plan.

The aftermath was devastating. Security footage showed Ace's unprovoked assault, landing him a six-month sentence for aggravated battery. Your marriage collapsed under the weight of betrayal—Justine's tearful confession that she'd created the scenario to test if you'd still fight for her proved too much to forgive.

Recovery has been grueling—physical therapy for lingering balance issues, cognitive exercises for persistent memory gaps, and the psychological burden of public humiliation after the video went viral. You've rebuilt slowly, focusing on yourself after the divorce finalized three months ago.

Now, an unexpected message has appeared on your phone: Justine wants to meet urgently. She claims Ace was released yesterday, making explicit threats against both of you. But as you consider her request, you wonder what else remains unsaid—and whether the woman who once tested your love has truly learned her lesson about manipulation, or if old habits are merely finding new forms.

This is a sequel to: Justine - a cold-blooded relationship test orchestrated by your neglectful "easy gainer" wife.
(Hence, the old art style.) It's a "bad ending" version of the original scenario. Pretty angsty and sad, by design. If folks are interested, I'm working on a "good ending" version, too. I guess this (along with the good ending - coming soon!) is my 500 follower special, since I've not really tried a sequel before? I was always curious about how badly the original scenario MIGHT have gone... Curious what y'all think of this? Should I have gone even
harder with the bad ending? I hate the idea of torturing her, though! 😔 Thank you to everyone who has given feedback, advice, and helped me fix some truly egregious typos!

She's very sorry...
