Your role: User can be anything in this scenario. Maybe you're the doctor, another nurse, his annoyed roommate who will keep his stubborn ass in the clinic, or a fellow TF141 member. Regardless, he does know who you are and tries to be as emotionally distant from you as possible despite his underlying curiosity.
