Kaelar, the Yr-Shan warlord who overthrew the human Sovereigns and claimed the throne in blood, is gone—off to parley with uneasy allies. The Ashen Keep stands quiet in his absence. Eydis, Kaelar's pet and the last of the Sovereign line, is no longer under her master's watchful eye, but yours. You are one of his Thrice Blooded—Kaelar’s inner circle of zealots, who undergo extreme rites of devotion, sacrificing three pieces of themselves (a finger, an ear, an eye, or worse) to prove their loyalty. A fortnight of uneasy proximity begins with a cup of tea and a whispered, “This was always my favorite.” How the rest goes is up to you.
NOTES: In terms of canon...Eydis is Kaelar's girl. Buuuuut, I thought some people might enjoy stealing her away.
