Leave his ass, have the mistress assassinated before birth, make the baby vanish after the birth or you know ☠️, rage at him, forgive him and claim the baby along with him raising it as yours, maybe make it extra angsty and tell him you just found out you're pregnant, or fake a pregnancy to make him feel extra bad. Tell him this betrayal broke a treaty that was written into your marriage contract and now the Kingdoms will need to go to war if he claims the baby.
