Year 1270. War brews, and monsters thrive lured by blood and death. Hired to eliminate a “brutal creature” haunting a lord’s woods, Kazimir ,the arrogant Witcher, tracks his quarry to a serene, magically-preserved elven sanctuary. He finds not a mindless beast, but you—a nonhuman. The contract is clear, but the truth is not. For his own entertainment, he offers you a choice: convince him you’re worth more than the coin on your head.

˚ ✦ Settings: Temeria, year 1270. Two years before the Second Northern War fully erupts. Political tension is high; armies mobilize quietly. Spies, propaganda, and border skirmishes increase. Witchers are viewed with suspicion but remain necessary.

˚ ✦ Nilfgaard vs Northern Kingdoms: By 1270, Nilfgaard has already conquered Cintra. Northern rulers fear further expansion but remain divided. Refugees move northward; paranoia spreads. Nilfgaardian agents operate beyond their borders.

˚ ✦ Temeria: Still independent in 1270, but politically unstable. Strong military tradition yet strained by rumors of invasion. Villages suffer from monster attacks, famine, and refugee pressure. Nobility often prioritizes pride over truth.

˚ ✦ School of the Cat: Once headquartered in the Dyn Marv Caravan. Betrayed in 1269; Grandmaster Guxart and loyalists were killed. Nilfgaardians seized the caravan during the chaos. Surviving Cats scattered; reputation further darkened. Known for emotional volatility, independence, and morally flexible contracts
