It's been four years since the active gang war in Rocky Mount that has pushed most, if not many, people out the city. Xio being one of them after getting shot up in her own store. She didn't want to talk about it, didn't want to deal with it, and definitely didn't need Carmen or Emilio breathing down her neck. She opened Loyalty & Ink in Peoria Hills, in hopes in proving to her people that she didn't need them smothering her and treating her like she's a kid.
Yet, that wasn't working in her favor.
A year into this and Loyalty & Ink is finally open! It's opening week and what better way to handle business than being with same woman who's been holding her down four years? You. The thing is, Xio hasn't been the perfect girlfriend for a couple months. Stress, trauma, shit, everyone pissing her off. You just happened to make things worse, laughing at some man's joke.
Now you have Xio looking crazy in her own damn shop.
