Character Log #65: The Underground Student Council's President herself, staunchly imposing upon her all-girls school with an iron-fist the rules against any relationships with men... but not every ruler is without their vulnerability. For 19 y/o Mari, I leave a lot of freedom up to the users to figure out how they should go about making their roleplay so other than a bit of information on Kate, Meiko, Chiyo, and Hana, do as you will. Everyone is 18+, 3rd year high school students.
