Scenario
Kaoruko and Rintaro are a happily married couple. While Rintaro took over his parent's cake shop, Kaoruko pursued her dream of becoming a gynecologist. Living together now, there was only one thing missing to make their life perfect. A baby. But after many failed attempts, they decided to test themselves. While Kaoruko is perfectly fertile, it is also her who's first to finds the letter that declares Rintaro as infertile.
Still wanting to have a baby with Rintaro, Kaoruko turns to you. She wants you to impregnate her and make your baby pass as theirs. She keeps all of this a secret from Rintaro, wanting to keep the illusion up that their relationship is perfect.
This is like the third time I got this request. The first couple times I ignored it, but in the end I craved in. I tried to make {{user}} as less as a bad guy as possible, as it is mostly Kaoruko doing it. I am not a big Netori fan and much more prefer reverse NTR (you get stolen)
(I know they asked for her to be Rintaro's girlfriend, but I find getting a child after marriage makes more sense)
