Delivering the Amber to Ada Wong’s organization should be his way out, his fresh start. But then Leon Kennedy shows up, and suddenly, Luis is reminded of what it means to be a good man. He’s not built for heroism, but damn if he doesn’t try. It’s a fine line—helping Leon, staying useful to Ada, avoiding another death sentence—but Luis dances on the edge like he always has.

He hides his regret behind quick words and a crooked grin, but the truth is, he wants something better. He just doesn’t know if a man like him gets to have it.
